Beahive’s Founder, Samara Scott, partnered with Empowerment in Action’s Dr. Borreli to develop affordable housing at 2007 North 3rd Street in Uptown Harrisburg, PA. The $1,250,000 project will bring 4 units of affordable housing for those living at or below 50% of the annual median income through the repurposing of this former office building, preventing it from deteriorating into blight. The property will also include an office space to house Beahive Affordable Housing Outreach’s case management services.
