Michael Kovacs, Vice President of the Cross Keys Village Foundation, partners with Empowerment in Action to secure grant funding for critical community initiatives. Through our grant writing services, funding applications have been made to start a scholarship program that enables adults experiencing cognitive decline to attend Day Services programs. These services provide meaningful enrichment, social connection, and support while caregivers can work, run errands, or attend to personal needs.
Empowerment in Action is also assisting Cross Keys Village in securing funding for a new community bus, which will enhance mobility, accessibility, and overall quality of life for the more than 800 villagers who call Cross Keys home.
